My wellness journey began with my own struggles with obesity, and through gradual lifestyle changes, I lost over 75 lbs. This transformation fueled my passion to help other women achieve the same.
In 2014, I started my career in wellness, and by 2016, I co-founded Body and Life Transformations, a boutique fitness studio in Kennesaw, GA where we helped hundreds of clients before moving services online.
Currently 24 months postpartum and down 45 lbs, I remain committed to helping women build confidence and live balanced, healthy lives!
